Copas Farms is a modern diverse, family-run business with a landholding of around 3,000 acres in and around the Chilterns and Thames Valley.  From this approximately 2,500 acres is under arable rotation and 83 acres is allocated to two Pick Your Own Farms providing seasonal fruit and vegetables - one at Cookham in Berkshire and the other at Iver in Buckinghamshire.  The centre of operations is based at Hedsor Park Farm, Hedsor, near Taplow in Buckinghamshire.

Copas Farms is managed by Geoffrey Copas and his two sons, James and Richard.  The business benefits from a large landholding, sound management structure, fully trained staff and modern machinery and equipment to take the business forward in the future.

In 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Copas Farms' overall business was judged by the Royal East Berkshire Agricultural Association (REBAA) as being the Best Farm in the region over 1500 acres.  Added to this, the even greater accolade of REBAA Overall Best Farm was awarded in 2005, 2006 and 2007.  Copas Farms was also awarded Best Large Farm over 600 acres by the Royal South Bucks Agricultural Association in 2006.
